Text on the box is fully customisable, proofs will be sent for approval before the box is put into production.

Embroidery will be matched to your chosen font from our list, if you have a specific font not listed on our website there might be a design fee added.

 

Lead Times

Current minimum turnaround time is 15 business days, we work to get the items to you the week of your event. If you need items sooner please choose the RUSH MY ORDER option above.

If your item isn't for an event, please leave a date you would prefer to have the item by in the event date field.

    Once we receive your order, if it requires a proof - your proof will be sent as soon as possible, if your order doesn't require a proof it will progress to the next stage.

  • Personalised & Made

    Once your proof is approved, or if your order didn't need a proof, we will get started on making your order right away.

  • Packed & On its way!

    Thats it! Once its completed we will have your order on its way. We aim to have most orders completed within 15 business days.
