I had such a great experience with Bespoke Baby Co. Their communication was amazing, they were super responsive and even sent me a preview image of the candle to confirm everything before finalising the order which gave me a lot of confidence.

I ordered quite last minute on Wednesday and it still arrived by Friday, just in time for a baptism on Sunday. The turnaround was seriously impressive, and the product itself was beautiful.

Candle looked lovely, I only changed the bow, box was beautiful and packaging great. Disappointed in the communication between ordering and receiving. If ordering keep in mind the candle arrives the week of or before the event, if you want it earlier i'd suggest changing the event date when purchasing. I ordered my candle 4 months before i needed it to organise the gift and unfortunately it did not come until the week before.
